The one-loop 1.9 km (1.2 mile) swim starts at Vilamoura Marina Beach. An ocean swim, protected by the pier of the Vilamoura Marina gives you the chance to swim in the pristine waters of the Algarve, with the view of its golden beaches and the environment of the Vilamoura Marina. In April the water temperature varies between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius (60.8 and 64.4 degrees Fahrenheit). Courses are subject to change.Bike course
The 90 km one-loop bike course is more than just a bike course, this is a journey through the heart of the Algarve. Combining scenic roads, picturesque countryside and a vibrant cycling culture, the route delivers a rewarding challenge alongside unforgettable views. With passionate local communities cheering athletes every step of the way, competitors can look forward to a truly special race-day experience. Courses are subject to change. The two-loop SALOMON run course takes athletes along the stunning coastline of Vilamoura and Quarteira, offering breathtaking ocean views and a vibrant race-day atmosphere. Fast, flat and spectator-friendly, the course features only two turnaround points, making it ideal for athletes chasing their personal best while enjoying constant support from enthusiastic fans lining the route.
