Immerse yourself in a unique experience as you swim a 1.9 km loop in the calm waters of the Allier River, while the first rays of sunlight gently illuminate the landscape. This ROKA course offers you a serene crossing in a wild setting, where the tranquillity of the water and the beauty of the sunrise create the ideal atmosphere to start your challenge.Bike course
The 90 km ZOOT loop takes you through characterful villages such as Châteldon and across the lush green landscapes of the Livradois‑Forez. After a steady, shaded climb up to La Guillermie, you’ll tackle a mix of descents and false flats where pacing and race strategy truly matter. The final stretch back to Vichy promises a smooth, dynamic section perfect for picking up the pace. The elevation gain shown is an estimate and may vary depending on the platform used. Cut off time (Swim +T1 + Bike): 5 hours 30 minutes Intermediate cut off times: KM 61 - 14:30 PM Key sections of your bike course Start & settling in: The first 2.5 km along the Allier Lake can be slippery in wet conditions. As you leave Bellerive, you enter the Limagne plain, a former lake turned fertile open landscape.
