Swim course

IRONMAN 70.3 Valencia swim course will start and finish at Playa de la Malvarrosa, where you’ll take on a single-loop 1.9 km (1.2 mile) swim in the warm, calm waters of the Mediterranean. With Valencia’s largest beach framing the course, expect incredible spectator support and an unforgettable atmosphere as you exit the water and head into T1. Water temperatures are expected to be between 16 ºC and 17 ºC. This circuit is being reviewed by the Race Direction with the local authorities and it could be subject to modifications.

Bike course

Starting from Malvarrosa Beach, you’ll complete a short out and back section before riding towards Sierra Calderona and back to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias where T2 awaits. This combination of speed-inducing sections and elevated segments adds excitement and variety to the race, testing your bike abilities over a single loop of 90km as you conquer the terrain of Valencia both outside and within the city. This circuit is being reviewed by the Race Direction with the local authorities and it could be subject to modifications.

Run course

The 21.1 km (13.1 miles) SALOMON run course starts from Paseo Alameda, and takes you through the iconic Ciudad de las Artes before joining the beautiful Túria River path. You will complete two out and back loops through the park, passing the finish line twice before finally having that magical red carpet feeling as you become an IRONMAN 70.3 Valencia finisher!
