The one-loop 1.9km (1.2 mile) ROKA swim course takes place in the river Moselle. This unique river swim with a low current starts from the bank in Luxembourg and also takes participants to the German side of the river.Bike course
The rolling one-loop 90 km (56 mile) bike course takes you in front of a postcard backdrop along vineyards and through pretty little towns, while also offering a touch of history as you pass the famous Schengen Monument, built to commemorate the Schengen Agreement signed in 1985.Run course
The 21.1 km (13.1 mile) SALOMON run course is flat and fast and leads past countless spectators and a great atmosphere along the river bank through Remich.
