Where endurance sport meets pure energy, you'll experience a beautiful course starting with an easy out-and-back swim in the clear waters of Lake Cospuden, a bike through Leipzig's stunning New Lake District before diving into the race-day fever as you run through the historic Sportforum. Let the Hypezig get under your skin, you will be leaving with way more than a medal. Please note: Current course maps are from the previous edition. The 2027 maps will be available soon. The 1.9 km swim course is located along the northern shore of Lake Cospuden and combines ideal race conditions with true beach vibes. Crystal-clear water, a sandy beach start and an easy out-and-back layout provide excellent visibility and straightforward navigation throughout the course.Bike course
The 90 km bike course takes athletes on a scenic one-loop journey through Leipzig's New Lake District. From lake to lake to lake, the course winds along the shores of crystal-clear waters, offering panoramic views around almost every corner while combining fast, flat sections with technical elements that keep every kilometre engaging.Run course
The 21.1 km run course takes athletes on a three-loop journey through Leipzig's historic Sportforum. Passing alongside the green shores of the Elster Basin and the RB Arena, the course combines scenic surroundings with the race-day fever of Leipzig's sporting heart. With every lap taking athletes through the Quarterback Immobilien Arena, they receive an extra push before finally crossing the finish line.
