The 1.9km swim of the IRONMAN VNG 70.3 Da Nang will feature a rolling start at East Sea Park, following a triangle-shaped swim course going clockwise, with two red buoys marking the two turning points. Athletes will complete one lap before heading back to the beach, leading directly into the beachfront transition area. *Course subject to changesBike course
Experience the breathtaking 90km bike course of the IRONMANViet Nam, a spectacular journey through Vietnam's most iconic coastal scenery. The ride starts at East Sea Park, where participants launch onto the stunning Vo Nguyen Giap - Hoang Sa coastline. Cyclists then push northward to conquer the impressive Man Quang and Thuan Phuoc Bridges, taking in vast sea views from the crest. Following the bridge descent, the course opens onto a smooth 11km seaside section along Nguyen Tat Thanh. Here, challengers are fueled by uninterrupted ocean views and a refreshing coastal breeze. After completing this stretch, the route continues along the eastern bank of the Han River, offering breathtaking views of Da Nang's iconic skyline and waterfront. Embark on the exhilarating 21.1km run at the IRONMAN 70.3 Da Nang, a course designed to push your limits and showcase the beauty of the coastal landscape. As you transition from bike to run, you will set off on a two-looped course, running clockwise to immerse yourself in the challenge and thrill of the race. The course begins at the transition area on the pristine Son Thuy Beach, with athletes turning right onto Truong Sa Rd and running parallel to the beach. At the 5.3km mark, athletes will reach the first U-turn point, A1, where they will turn around and head back towards the transition area. With spectators and athletes' family members lining the streets, the energy and excitement will be palpable as competitors make their way back to Son Thuy Beach.
