Swim course

- 1.9km Athletes will begin with a 1.9 km, two-lap ocean swim off Galle Face Beach, with the start and finish positioned close to the transition area. The compact course is designed around clearly defined turning and line-of-sight buoys, keeping athletes close to shore and providing a highly visible opening to the race.

Bike course

- 90km The 90 km bike course comprises three laps on a predominantly coastal route through Colombo. Athletes will ride briefly inside the Port City Colombo's wide Boulavards and Port of Colombo before riding past the old Parliament complex, with Colombo’s skyline as the backdrop. Athlete will then ride along Colombo’s seafront corridor, extending south toward Dehiwala before returning to Galle Face.The course runs through urban corridors on fully closed roads, marked for smooth navigation and supported by aid stations every 15 km. Designed for speed and rhythm, it offers a strong chance at personal bests.

Run course

- 21.1km The spectator-friendly 21.1 km run is a three-lap course centred around Galle Face and Colombo Port City. Athletes run through the Marina Promenade and Port City waterfront precincts before returning toward Galle Face, with multiple aid stations and water stations along the course. The finish is located close to the transition area, creating a compact and spectator-friendly race precinct. On course hydration & nutrition Athletes will have access to well-stocked aid stations throughout the race Available on course Water Coca-Cola Classic Bananas Watermelon slices Mixed jelly beans Ice and cooling sponges Sunscreen Toilets at key stations Bike course stations are located every 15 km. Run course stations are placed approximately every 1.5 km. Waste should be discarded only in designated litter zones.
