Challenge Salou is a celebrated middle-distance triathlon held each May on Spain’s Costa Daurada, featuring a 1.9 km swim in the calm Mediterranean, a fast, flat 90 km bike on mostly closed roads, and a 21 km run along lively, palm-lined boulevards.
