Land of 1,000 Hills Known as the land of 1,000 hills, the Kraichgau region offers beautiful scenery, a challenging course, and a deep triathlon culture. The landscape's constantly changing scenery from woodlands, to vineyards and orchards create a peaceful contrast to the thousands of spectators along the course at this energetic race.

The swim takes place in the leisure center Hardtsee. After a rolling start from outside the water, it is a one-lap course. Hundreds of enthusiastic spectators cheering the athletes to the swim start. A unique atmosphere!Bike course
On the one-loop 40 km bike course you will get to know the "land of 1000 hills" characterized by forests and vineyards from its most beautiful side. With challenging climbs and fast straights, you will find out why the Kraichgau region is known for being one of the most popular triathlon hotspots in Germany.Run course
On the final 10 km long and flat 2-lap course through Bad Schönborn you will experience the outstanding triathlon culture of the Kraichgau region. After long renovation work, we are happy to be able to integrate the redesigned Kurpark into our run course and hope that this addition will not only be visually more appealing, but also offer you a very special and invigorating running experience.
