Swim course

Athletes will swim 0.9 miles (1.5 km), enjoying an experience in the Caribbean Sea in the protected waters of Bahía de las Ánimas. Spectators will have an excellent view of the entire

Bike course

The 1-loop bike course will take athletes on a 24.8 mile (40 km) journey through the Old City of Cartagena. Participants will make their way through the west part of the city with breathtaking views of the waves crashing the shores that surround the historic walled city.

Run course

The 2-loop run course will take athletes on a 6.2-mile (10 km) journey through the Old City of Cartagena. Participants will make their way through the western part of the city, enjoying breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea that borders the historic walled city. Upon entering the walled city, athletes will step back in time to the colonial era and pass through the colorful and historic architecture that makes Cartagena a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Athletes will finish their 5150 journey at one of Cartagena’s most iconic landmarks: Plaza de la Aduana.
