In 2026, the 5150 Camiguin makes its inaugural debut, bringing triathlon racing to this extraordinary island for the very first time. The journey begins with a swim at the iconic Sunken Cemetery, followed by a two-loop ride along the Circumferential Road starting at the Old Spanish Church Ruins. The run then carries athletes through the island’s energy and into the sports complex, where a dramatic track oval finish awaits.

The 1.5 km clockwise swim course will start at the beach of the Sunken Cemetery Participants will swim out for 70m Turn Left and swim for 370m Turn Right and swim for 60m Turn Right and swim for 630m Turn Right and swim for 60m Turn Right and swim for 240m Turn Left and swim for 70m to complete the swim course Participants will exit the swim course using the stairs and alley leading towards the Camiguin Circumferential Rd. The 5150 bike course a single loop bike course along the Camiguin Circumferential Rd. Participants will start the Old Spanish Church Ruins and head south towards Catarman Participants will ride for 12.44 kms and make a turnaround along Camiguin Circumferential Rd just before Camiguin Polytechnic State College Participants will head back ride for 27.56 kms towards Mambajao for transition 2 located at the Camiguin Sports Complex Course:Run course
The run course is a 2-loop run course along the Camiguin Circumferential Rd. Participants will exit transition via road from the parking of the gymnasium to the Camiguin Circumferential Rd. Participants will run for 2.53 kms towards Anito Elementary School Turnaround 1 is along the Camiguin Circumferential Rd. a few meters before Anito Elementary School (Km 2.53) Participants will run for 2.4 kms towards the Sports Complex Turnaround 2 is along the Camiguin Circumferential Rd. a few meters before the parking road access of the gymnasium (Km. 4.96) and head back towards Anito Elementary School to start the 2nd loop After completing the 2nd loop, participants will enter the parking of the gymnasium through the access road Turn left at the end of the road Turn left at the gymnasium driveway for the finish line Terrain: FLAT
