All participant will also receive a snack and water once they have completed the run.

These will be available on Facebook: Spinneys Family Run and be posted 48 hours after they have been checked and edited. Individual photos are not guaranteed.

Why have I not received any run emails from the event organizer?

Race emails are sent during the week of the event. Make sure to register with the correct email ID so that you receive these emails.
Please note company email ID’s are often blocked by the company service provider. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder and mark us as ‘not spam’ to ensure that you receive future race information emails from us. If you still have any trouble with this, please contact us on events@supersportsuae.com.
If more than one athlete is registered using the same email ID, only one email will be sent, as the server only recognizes the email ID once.
1st race email with race number & all race info will be sent on the Thursday, before the event, before 5pm.
2nd race email with race results and photo links will be sent on the Saturday - race day, before 8pm.

What is the Run Day Program?

Be checked in at least 20 - 30 minutes before the start of the run.

Bib collection

When is Check In and run number collection?

Check In is done on the morning of the run 6:30am.
Run numbers will be emailed to all runners 48 hours before the event and run numbers will also be on show at the Check In area on the morning of the run. Once you know your run number, proceed directly to your respective Bib collection desk and collect your run number as well as your Spinneys T-shirt.

Is there any Parking available?

Yes, in and around the start area.
Rules

Refunds/Cancellations

Once entries close or the event is sold out, no refunds are possible for whatever reason which includes and is not limited to: change in personal circumstances, sickness, travel restrictions, or any circumstances may prevent you from participating in the event.
Unclaimed run packs including shirt, medal, and snack will be forfeited in full after the start of a respective distance.
