How do I change distance?
Sign into your account. Go to the event on the home page. Click on Manage Registration. Click on Change category. Change to a different distance.Where can I find the Race Results?
Please scan the QR code on your Bib Number to view your result once you have finished racing.Where can I find the Race Photos?
Photos can be found on your results page by clicking on the CAMERA icon and then doing a bib or selfie search. Photos will be available 6 hours after the race has finished. Individual photos are not included in the race fee nor guaranteed.Any additional information participants should know about?

How do I find my race number?
Your Race Number will be assigned at Race Pack Collection on race day. Please check your email for a QR code from Premier Online and present it to staff at the Race Pack Collection counter. We'll scan it and assign your BIB number. If you need assistance, feel free to ask our staff.When is Race Pack Collection and race number and timing chip collection?
Your race number and timing chip collection is on the morning of the race at Race Pack Collection which opens at 5.15am.Your Race Number will be provided to you on the morning of the race, when checking in, please check your email for a QR code. When you approach the Race Pack Collection counter, please show one of our staff the QR code, we will scan the QR code and assign you a number on the morning of the race. If there is any confusion, please don't hesitate to ask our staff for some guidance.You must have checked in and received your timing chip 20 minutes before your race start.What should I do with my Race Bib?
Bibs must be worn on your upper body with the number facing outward.Safety pins will be provided in and around the Race Pack Collection area or bring your own race belt.What should I do with my Timing Chip?
Timing chips are attached to the back of your race bib.Ensure your bib has 1 timing chip stuck to the back and if not, please see Super Sports staff on the day to issue you with a new bib.DO NOT REMOVE THE CHIP FROM THE BIB. IF YOU RUN WITH NO BIB – YOU WILL RECEIVE NO TIME AND NO RESULT!When is the Shirt Collection?
You can collect your T-shirt at the Race Pack Collection area either before or after the race. As some sizes are more popular and shirts are given out on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend collecting yours before the race to secure your preferred size.- Parking
Spectator & Supporter Mamzar Park Entry:
All spectators and supporters wanting to enter Mamzar Beach Park, must have a valid park entry ticket to enter the park on Race Day. The entry ticket costs AED 5.YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS TO PURCHASE THE TICKET:Option 1. Buy it at the park from the main entrance ticket office on Race Day.Option 2. Buy it online through the app DESTINATIONS & MORE app by Dubai Municipality.• Download the app• Select Mamzar Beach Park• Fill in your details and pay AED 5• Your ticket will be available on your phone to use on Race DayFOR PARTICIPANTS:Your park entry fee is already covered by Super Sports. Refunds/Cancellation
Once entries close or the event is sold out, no refunds are possible for whatever reason which includes and is not limited to: change in personal circumstances, sickness, travel restrictions, or any circumstances which may prevent you from participating in the event.Unclaimed run packs including shirt, medal and snack will be forfeited in full after the start of a respective distance.- Age requirements
