The two-loop, 90 km (56 miles) bike course will take you on a rolling journey through some of Messinia’s most scenic landscapes. The route is beautifully paved with tar and takes you through the ancient Messinian Olive Groves, rolling hills, and pine forests with panoramic views of the stunning Ionian Sea. The two-loop, 21.1 km (13.1 miles) run course offers a flat and fast route through Gialova Village and its surroundings. As you run through the pedestrian road of the Gialova fishing village, expect plenty of cheering from spectators at this vibrant race hotspot. The course continues through the Divari Lagoon, a beautiful wildlife sanctuary home to over 250 bird species. The run will lead you to the beachfront finish line at W Costa Navarino, where you’ll cross the line in celebration of your triumph. Elevation: 36 meters Cut-off (Swim/Bike/Run): 8:30h
